Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 789 mx platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

In such cases, 789 mx will follow its standard verification and appeals procedure before taking any irreversible action on account balances.

All financial transactions on the 789 mx platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed via Pakistan-native payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at 789 mx is 500 PKR. Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash transactions, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. 789 mx does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed the applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for the withdrawal amount requested;
• Withdrawals below 50,000 PKR via Easypaisa or JazzCash are typically processed within 60 minutes of approval;
